Elementary Ministry

Our Elementary ministry is located in the upstairs educational wing know as "Transformation Station". Access to this area can be found through two stairway entrances; one located to the left of the main sanctuary door in the Commons area and the other is the stairway nearest the fellowship hall. Programs are provided for 1st grade through 6th grade. Below is a listing of those programs for you to look over. Transformation Sunday School - Several years ago we adopted a new style of Sunday school called "rotation". It combines traditional Biblical stories with a variety of delivery methods. Each month focuses on one story - told four different ways. Take a virtual tour of our classrooms by clicking on the link and then come see it in person.

Children in Worship - Aldersgate loves to have kids in worship. We have designed several levels of programming to help make this happen. Check it out!

Family Connection - Wednesday evenings in the Fall/Winter/Spring are for families interested in continuing their spiritual education. We offer several short and long term classes for adults/youth and music/activities for our kids. Follow the link for our most recent listing of classes.

Children's Music Ministry - Currently we offer three programs of music for our children. Newcomers are always welcome!

Club 56 - This is special ministry for our 5th and 6th graders, as we prepare them to move into our youth program. It's activities closely mirror those of the older kids but on a more age-appropriate playing field.

Basketball Program - Teams are available for those who are 6 yrs of age on up through high school. We have boy/girl/coed teams so we are sure to have one just right for you.

Scouts - Aldersgate is host to Cub Scouts, Boy Scout, Brownies, Girl Scouts and Cadets. It's a great way to get involved.

Vacation Bible School - This August we will be hosting our morning Bible School program. We can always use more participants....
